A cross visit took place in Poznań (Poland) from 19/10/2022 to 21/10/2022. It was conducted at WODR’s office and included a visit to a demonstration farm in Sielinko.
This UC involves building a comprehensive system supporting the collection of market data of fertilizer and plant protection products in Poland. It is closely connected to economy of fertilization and plant protection processes.
This UC provides public data, as soon as possible, which can be crucial to end users. As a result, farmers will get better access to newest and more actual fertilizer and plant protection market information. Advisors will get a tool that will improve their work in data collection, and they will also get better access to the entire database, which will be useful in daily work, for example in agro-production planning.
About the CV:
Participants began by getting to know each other with the icebreakers. Partners had the chance to focus on explaining each UC’s, interactive workshops were organized, where all participants exchanged their knowledge and gave feedback to those who needed it. By the last day, there was a farm visit where participants heard directly from the farmers, what were their struggles and how they might use/benefit from specific DATS.
