Train the Trainer Modules
In October 2022 the main phase of the Train the Trainer Modules started, aiming to develop and test trainings to support trainers of advisors in the use of digital tools. We use methods stemming from adult training like activating and exchanging experiences with DATS with testimonials from peer to peer. The four modules are:
– What DATS are and can do for you
– How to connect with the motivation of target groups – advisors and farmers
– Create your own training
– Reflect your training experience and enhance knowledge exchange
Now the 30 or so organisations involved are in the process of organising and conducting a first training. In March 2023 it will be analysed and reflect on the experiences. In the remaining time until the end of the project, further trainings will be conducted.
