Tom Kelly – from TEAGASC – delivered the keynote address on the Global Forum for Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS) related to the globalization of digital advisory solutions, and how extension can benefit from going digital.

Tom Kelly gave his perspective on the huge digitalisation challenge and also huge opportunities, as well as, gave a quick overview of the FAIRshare project.
