In October 2022, was attended the 9 th Congresso Florestal Nacional («National Forestry Congress»), with poster sessions and public presentations on the certification of ecosystem services (ES) and the use of DATS, such as ForestSIM®, to help manage forest more efficiently. At the end of the year, in a session organized by FSC Portugal, was discussed the sector’s new opportunities for adding value to ES.
