The purpose of the WP3 was to better understand the interface between the advisory and farming communities through Digital Agriculture (DA). This deliverable is the result of all the work done in WP3 to give ideas and solutions to overcome barriers for the uptake of DA by farmers. There is some example of barriers we can find in many country of Europe : Having a good internet access everywhere ; Data security- and ownership ; Lack of digital skills ; lack of interoperability between DATS and many more.
We also find some ways to overcome them like having offline mode to use DATS, make more legislation about data use, share ans ownership, create more trainings for farmers and advisors, etc.
